Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or something feels off, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Email us at hello@acnegirly.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

 

Shipping Policy

We ship from Missouri and currently offer both domestic and international shipping.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

United States

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Free shipping on orders over $50

International

  • Flat rate shipping: $10
  • Free shipping on orders over $50
  • Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
