Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your order. Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or something feels off, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Email us at hello@acnegirly.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
